During our stay, we loved exploring the stunning Savannah Historic District, home to amazing museums and theatres. It was a fun night out for all!

There were mold issues, and the overall upkeep was poor. I'd suggest better maintenance for families with kids to feel more comfortable and safe.

The staff was helpful, especially with room adjustments for accessibility. The double beds were comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep. Being near the highway and various dining options was convenient.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with reports of dirty bathrooms and neglected common areas. Inconsistent maintenance of facilities and unreliable amenities worsened the experience.

Our room was clean, I even checked for bed bugs, and trust me, I’m meticulous! The staff was friendly and super accommodating, particularly when we requested extra towels.

Multiple rooms lacked basic safety locks and signs, significantly raising concerns about security. Unpleasant surprises included a broken AC unit and questionable hygiene with wet bedsheets further tarnishing the experience. Maintenance access issues compounded the discomfort as an unannounced repairman attempted entry late at night, suggesting inadequate room key management. Overall, these factors contributed to a disjointed and stressful stay.

the ramada had a nice outdoor pool where we could relax on the sundeck. the tv in our room worked well, and it was quiet, which helped us sleep comfortably. being close to some great local bars and restaurants was a huge plus for our group.
